The following General Business Terms and Conditions apply:
1. Payment conditions
Purchases on Account
Just have your order charged to your account. Your order will be dispatched immediately. The payment period for purchases on account is 20 days. In cases of delayed payment, reminder fees can be charged (CHF 10 for the second reminder and an additional CHF 20 for a possible third reminder). If reminder letters are unsuccessful, the right to receive the invoice amounts can be assigned to a company that specialises in collection. The collection service provider is entitled to charge further processing fees according to www.fairpay.ch.
Our account details for your pre-payment are set out in our confirmation email which you receive automatically after completing the order. Your order is despatched immediately once the money has been transferred.
Payment with credit and debit cards
Your secure credit and debit card payments are made possible by Saferpay. Saferpay meets all current security standards.
Payment with PayPal
You can debit your order directly to your PayPal account.
2. Delivery conditions, exchange and return
Free shipping from CHF 60 — Immediate delivery
We deliver the desired merchandise to you from stock within Switzerland and Liechtenstein to a place of your choosing. We deliver all orders from a purchase value over CHF 60 free of charge. For purchases under CHF 60, the shipping costs are CHF 7.50. In case of delayed delivery the purchaser is informed by email.
Purchase without risk — right of return
You have 14 days to check everything at your leisure. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return the order to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please always enclose the delivery note. You can also record your wishes (e.g. different size, different item, refund, etc.) on the delivery note. As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund your payment.
In the case of damaged or incomplete goods, a deduction may be made from the credit note at the discretion of JEANS.CH. Deliveries of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons (e.g. underwear) and whose seal has been removed after delivery cannot be returned.

You will receive a return label with your order. The postage costs for the return are at your expense. Please keep the tracking code (see return label) for your reference. You may track your consignment on www.post.ch
3. Prices
All prices contain VAT at the current valid rate.
4. Quality guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against material and manufacturer defects for two years from receipt of the goods. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Please report any obvious defects to us immediately so that we can help you quickly and easily. Damage caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.
5. Retention of title
The merchandise remains the property of JEANS.CH until it is paid for in full.
6. Final provisions
Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this does not render the entire contract ineffective. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by the relevant legal provision. Swiss law applies exclusively to this contract. Place of jurisdiction and performance is CH-8117 Fällanden, Switzerland.
