In her job as Store Manager, Cathrin lives her passion wholeheartedly. "Conjuring up a beautiful experience for our customers and supporting them in the consultation process for their perfect jeans fulfils me every day anew". With her empathetic and approachable nature, Cathrin can immediately interpret customers' needs and advise them professionally. When she and her team are not fulfilling customer wishes, Cathrin travels the world with her partner or enjoys nature and forests on sporty trails on her bike.

Boredom has no place in Claudia's everyday life. But luckily there is always something going on in the JEANS.CH store - in her eyes, the team and the great customers make sure of that. Claudia likes to spoil the latter and therefore always puts customer satisfaction at the top of her list. Thanks to her motivated and friendly manner, she has been able to fulfil their every wish. When she's not putting a smile on our visitors' faces, she's out on the streets on her inline skates and enjoying nature.

After work, Rahel enjoys being on the go. Whether snowboarding, working out, or spending a cozy evening with friends, she values the right balance between activity and relaxation.

Claudia Kühne - Fit expert at JEANS.CHFor Ramona, being able to take the time to advise each JEANS.CH customer individually is a real privilege. This sense of calm also extends to her small home village far, far away from Zurich. Monika herself prefers to wear wide-leg jeans, but her goal is to find the right jeans for every customer. With her open manner, she makes sure that everyone feels comfortable and wants to come back.
In her free time, Monika enjoys spending time with friends and family. Good food and cozy evenings are the perfect balance to her lively everyday life in the store.

With one foot on the pedal and the rattling rhythm of the sewing machine in her ear, Birgit alters sleeves, shirts, trouser legs and waistbands to perfectly fit our customers at the STORE. She enjoys the peaceful pace of her work, before diving back in to the variety of the everyday at JEANS.CH, exchanging ideas with the team. This balance is also something she finds at home, be that in the countryside or high up in the rocky mountains with her family.

Jeans without Julia is as unimaginable as her kitchen without her! In the customer service department, which Julia heads, she keeps an eye on the big picture and has the perfect sense for details so that she can optimise processes and thus ensure a unique shopping experience. In her spare time, Julia is a passionate cook in her colourful kitchen, searching for vegetable treasures in the hustle and bustle of the weekly markets and organising tavolatas to please the palate.

Megan is an essential part of the Data Entry and Upload team at JEANS.CH. She ensures that all data and product images are accurately entered into the system, enabling both sales assistants and logistics staff to work efficiently. Megan especially values the trust placed in her by her managers and the excellent collaboration within the team.
Her motto, “Kindness is free to give, but priceless to receive,” keeps her motivated every day. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts, playing video games, and spending time with her two cats, Meeko and Glóin. Her favourite jeans fit? Wide Fits and Bootcuts!

Sandro is an indispensable member of the customer service team at JEANS.CH. He handles orders, assists customers with questions or issues, and coordinates between logistics, stores, and clients. He particularly values the variety in his work, the interaction with customers, and the strong sense of teamwork at JEANS.CH. For Sandro, mutual support and appreciation are what truly make the difference.
His motto, “If you don’t change anything, nothing will change,” inspires him to constantly find new solutions. In his free time, Sandro loves hiking in the mountains, enjoying homemade pralines from his girlfriend, and diving into exciting books. His favourite jeans? SlimFit and RegularFit – especially the Diesel 2019 D-Strukt!

In the vast JEANS.CH warehouse, it’s up to Mara to make sure that everything is in the right place and runs according to plan. Besides organisation, she has an ear to the ground for the important things, both in customer service and when it comes to the team: “I want to make sure everyone’s doing okay!” She is also the bringer of homemade goodies, laughter and a big helping of humour. This extends beyond work, too, as she spends time with friends or enjoys some me time. For her, well-being is a top priority.

If you have placed an online order and are happy about the delivered package, our Fati, as everyone calls her, is behind it. She processes and dispatches all online orders, receives new goods, unpacks them and supplies them in the warehouse. In her job and in her private life, Fati never lacks cheerfulness or fun - according to the motto "enjoy the little things". She loves life, her team and her big family, with whom she spends a lot of time. Nature and good food with friends also make her happy.

As an absolute family person, Ilenia feels very much at home in our family business. "The heart and soul and the intimate team atmosphere are clearly noticeable and I really enjoy working here. In Logistics Services, Ilenia checks incoming and outgoing goods, processes returns and manages and maintains the warehouse of our online shop. Ilenia loves to spend her free time on long walks with her family in nature, as well as having cosy meals with her close friends. Ilenia likes summer, cuddles with her two cats and when she snacks on sweets, she prefers a yogurt.

A laugh and a touch of humour are simply part of Cazandra's style. She finds it easy to put herself in other people's shoes and to feel what kind of ideas someone comes to us with. A diverse clientele from young to old is particularly important to her, and if she can also contribute her English skills, all the better! She also has a big heart for animals. That's why she is vegan in the kitchen and likes to give great tips.

Vanessa doesn't have a favourite pair of jeans because she thinks all jeans are unique in their own way. Vanessa is also unique with her creative, spirited and humorous nature, which goes down well in our team, or rather in our large family. "Loyalty, teamwork and sustainability are very important to me and I can combine all these values at JEANS.CH." As an employee in the Logistic Services department, she processes and integrates deliveries of goods and helps with the dispatch of online orders. Vanessa is also a versatile artist who enchants with her voice, performs culinary wonders in the kitchen, lights up the world with her humour and enjoys indulging her passion for make-up.

In her role within Logistic Services, Karin is busy putting together, picking and despatching orders on a daily basis. Karin does what makes her happy - because true to this motto, she loves to enchant audiences with her powerful voice outside of work in several bands. Outside of work, Malek is versatile: football is his passion, and he enjoys relaxing with gaming or watching anime. Behind the scenes, Pascal is hard at work and is our jack-of-all-trades. He brings his expertise to the table when creating our videos, picks up customer calls, knows all of the products and where and how to find them, and keeps track of it all on screen. Even in his free time he’s always on the go with his camera, filming, editing and snapping whatever catches his eye. Despite all that, he is a calm guy who regularly enjoys swimming lengths in the pool.

Katrin is all about arithmetic and aesthetics. That, and because she loves getting stuck in and always thinking one step ahead, is why she’s at JEANS.CH. She’s in charge of our many brands’ long-term ranges here and plans and manages purchasing. Particularly dear to Katrin’s heart are brands that focus on honest sustainability. Her happy place is with her family, which includes four bee colonies - the bees can often be seen buzzing about nearby!

Martina, or Tina as we like to call her, is never content with doing one thing at a time. That’s why you’ll find her consulting customers, crunching numbers in accounting, or designing our new belt collection. She switches effortlessly between her different roles with versatility and flexibility, and she knows what it’s all about. The passionate craftswoman also knows how to sew, embroider and craft pottery, and this artistic flair of hers even extends to a passion for dance.

In doing so, she primarily has one main goal: to create an exceptional user experience. When her creative juices aren’t in high demand, she jets about on her motorbike for some fresh air or enjoys Zurich’s cultural city life.
Eva Weltert

As co-founder and hostess, Eva puts her heart and soul into pulling all the strings at JEANS.CH, keeping an eye on all areas of the company. As a point of contact, she coordinates, networks and makes sure that daily operations are running smoothly, which helps her to create a unique atmosphere in the store. What’s more, her closeness to employees and customers alike illuminates the aspects that are relevant for her future projects and long-term planning. Guido is the creator and founder of JEANS.CH and is someone that really gets the ball rolling. He’s always got a thousand things on the go and never really stops - so you can be sure that the next exciting project is either brewing or already underway! A certain amount of daring is required for that but for him, it’s the customer and their needs that always come first. Beyond the world of jeans, he enjoys a tennis match against Eva or spending his calmer days with his family at the Lenzerheide mountain.
